Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Watchura.

Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date, provided it is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition. Items that show signs of installation or use cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contactowatchura@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Wrong Item or Damaged on Arrival
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-returnable Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

How to start a return or cancellation request:

• Log in to your account at https://shopify.com/94046814586/account and request a return or cancellation from your order.
• If you checked out using only a phone number (without an email address), please use the link in your SMS order confirmation to start your request.

Refunds: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return or your notice of withdrawal, whichever comes first. We will refund the original standard shipping cost. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or to goods made to your specifications.
